Sari Friedman is a Human Resources Consultant with over 10 years of experience in progressive HR management and consultation. She has held numerous formal HR roles with organizations such as Maritz Canada and National Post in positions such as Recruitment and Development Manager and Vice President of People and Values.

At the start of 2007, Sari decided to become a freelance Human Resources Consultant. She has worked on multi-month long engagements with organizations such as The Marketing Store and BBDO Canada.

Sari has a Masters of Adult Education in Workplace Learning and Change from The University of Toronto, an Honors Degree in Psychology and a CHRP designation. Sari also writes an HR for Small Business Column in the National Post’s FP Working section. She has also been interviewed on Toronto1 on the topic of women in the workforce. Sari quickly connects with all levels of management and employees and is able to ‘hit the ground running’ and offer effective, high impact human resources consultation from day one.
